Precautions for laying micro-spray tape

Received for inspection

1. After receiving the goods, you must first inspect the product quantity and details. After acceptance, confirm your signature on the delivery note and take photos. If you have any questions about the goods, please inform us in time when receiving the goods.
2. Avoid violent loading, unloading and dragging of all micro-spray materials to prevent damage to the micro-spray materials.

Prepare in advance before laying

1. It is necessary to determine in advance whether the well can be used normally. If the well cannot be used, it must be repaired in advance before testing the water. Are the installation workers ready?
2. Prepare wire, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, scissors, and No. 13 wrenches (110 clamps (nuts), steel clamps are No. 13, wire clamps with nuts use 10 heads, and rings with 17 heads)
3. The packaging must be opened in advance during installation, and workers must have all the tools during installation to avoid wasting time and energy on the road due to lack of things midway (large and small clips, large and small rubber rings, tees, four-way, Directly, you can grab a cloth bag and bring it to where you are working in the field).

Things to note when laying

1. The direction of laying the micro-spray tape must be correct (the side with the words and the words on it should be laid flat upward).
2. When laying the main pipe, auxiliary pipe, and micro-spray tape, check that there are no hard objects such as iron wire, glass, sharp objects, etc. on the ground to prevent scratches, and try not to drag them. Because the conditions in the ground are different, there will be scratches during the dragging process. The micro-spray can be used as a laying frame (it can be pushed to avoid pulling and scratching, or it can be carried with a rope).
3. When laying, first assemble the separate tees, four-ways, and valves (the valves are wrapped with mulch film or raw material tapes are assembled to the corresponding threads), or the integrated valves are directly used to save the time of installing the ball valve.
4. When connecting three-way, four-way, direct, and ball valves, avoid soil entry. Micro-spraying may cause eye blockage. You can pat it with your hands after the water is passed.
5. When connecting the micro-spray pipe, check the direction in advance when connecting the auxiliary pipe to the micro-spray pipe. Keep the pressure lines, ball valves, joints on both sides of the micro-spray belt horizontal to the horizon, avoid ditches and obstacles, and avoid water leakage due to Stress problems cause leaning to one side.
6. To block the end of the micro-spray tape, cut off 10-15 cm for later use. Fold the end of the micro-spray tape in half three times. After folding, insert the cut micro-spray tape into the end. Cut the end sleeve of the micro-spray tape as long as possible. One point, avoid being too short and causing the end of the micro-spray tape to collapse due to pressure. The ends should be secured with wooden wedges.
7. When laying, first lay 2-4 lines of micro-spray tape (open 200 meters more according to the water output). Test the water first with all switches turned on to avoid the well water pressure being too high or too small (which is inconsistent with the designed laying spacing. Adjust the spacing. For example, the distance between the micro-spray tapes we designed is 6 meters per strip. If the test water pressure cannot be reached and the spray width is not enough for 6 meters, you can connect the two sets of micro-spray tapes closer, 5.5 meters or 5 meters, to ensure no blind spots).
8. When laying other micro-spray tapes after testing the water, the micro-spray tapes must be connected to the auxiliary pipe first, and the water must be slowly passed through, and then laid to a distant place. They must be straightened and paved to prevent improper straightening due to human reasons. There is water on one side and no water on the other. (You can put a stick in the middle of the micro-spray tray and spread it while walking backwards, which is convenient and quick). It also avoids the deviation of the micro-spray tape due to wind blowing.
9. After turning on the water, test the water for 3-5 minutes to see if there is any unwatered area. After closing the well, manually twist it.
10. After the water is officially supplied, you should first open the ball valve switches of several micro-spray belts, check the pressure conditions, and close several micro-spray belts appropriately. After pouring one piece of land, when pouring another piece of land, first open the ball valve switches in other places. Turn off the switch after pouring to avoid the main pipe and auxiliary pipes from bursting due to high pressure after being fully closed.
11. When multiple workers are involved in rushing work, find one person to look at the drawings and listen to his instructions collectively to avoid low work efficiency due to many people doing their own things.

Post-maintenance

1. After pouring water during freezing, all valves should be opened to avoid freezing the accessories.
2. When planting corn after harvesting wheat, do not drag it when harvesting, but roll it away. When laying, pay attention to the wheat stubble and lay it along the wheat stubble to prevent scratches and affect the pressure bearing.
3. When recycling, priority should be given to dismantling various valves, tees, four-ways, and pipes to avoid breaking them during recycling. You can use a pipe rolling machine when recycling pipelines to improve work efficiency.
4. When storing the main pipe, auxiliary pipe, micro-spray tape and accessories, they must be covered to prevent exposure to the sun and insects and mice, so as not to affect their use in the second year.
